This PR generates the data to the output/ folder and then pushes to the gh-pages branch for Github Pages.
I made a couple of other tweaks to the code in iati3w/activities_iati.py as there appeared to be activities which had recipient countries or sectors without codes.
NB I noticed that the filesize of activities.json is slightly smaller than the version in your repository... I don't know if this is a problem?
