Missing first notification #119

When Torrential is open and a torrent is added a notification sound is made. This helps validate that opening it was successful. But when Torrential wasn't open and it's opened by opening the first magnet link it does't show a notification for that first one.

Ah, this happens because when it's first opened it's in focus. The notification is only shown when the application isn't in focus. Not sure what would be a good solution. Closing for now.
