South's schemamigration procedure should run in a interactive shell mode #34

That is because sometimes South make some questions, so I believe that if you use a mode as for example the comint-mode for the ponymigrations buffer will work.

I never 've used the comint-mode, so I'm not sure if just use it is enough to interact with the process.

As a bonus, I fixed some of the minibuffer messages and made pony-south-initial an interactive function as well...
