useless executables under git: examples/basic/basic & tests/01-internal/14-websockets #228

The git repository contains an examples/basic/basic ELF executable and also an tests/01-internal/14-websockets ELF executable (both for Linux/x86-64)

I believe that these two executable binaries should be git remove-d.
