No 23.12 armhf.deb , can't install 23.10 on Raspberry Pi OS bookworm #109

Hi, since there is no package on 23.12 for armhf , I tried installing the 23.10 deb ,but there is a dependency problem with libfmt7 . Debian 12 Bookworm has libfmt9 instead .
