Feature request: volume bar #230

I like the idea of the volume controlled by the volume buttons. However
it is difficoult to figure out if the volume is already at the maximum or
minimum without a volume bar.

Idially the volume bar should behave exacly like the volume bar that
appears when changing ringtone volume.

I would love to see up or down buttons on the remote section and a slider on
the now playing.

I finally got my GF an eReader (Pandigital Novel) that I've exploited and
turned into a tablet running 2.2 FroYo. With the exploit, the volume buttons
become a "menu" and "Back Button" so I would love to see volume control in the
actual app itself as Edward suggests.

When in the app I'd prefer to use the standard volume rocker on the device and
not in UI based.
