Side scroller not usable in Albums view under music

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start application
2. Go to Music (default view is Albums)
3. Scroll down, then attempt to use the side scroller (for quicker browsing)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to press the side scroller for quick scrolling through the Album 
view, 'side scroller' works fine in all other instances. The side scroller 
appears to go down, however the Albums do not move, nor does it jump to 
the position at which it is let go.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
V0.7

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Dream/G1, SuperD 1.11 noramhack (1.6 Donut)

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
9.11 on Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
This was observable on a fresh wipe of ext, dalvik and factory reset. Any 
other information I will provide if requested.
