SocketException when opening web hosted intkey dataset #208

I also failed to have Intkey open .ink files over the Web, from two sites, 
crustacea.net (several keys) and delta-intkey.com (the World Grass Genera key), 
receiving the SocketException message shown in the attached file. The Windows 
Intkey opened the keys normally.

I tried a key from florabase.dec.wa.gov.au (i.e. from my organisation's 
website, so possibly taking a different internet route) and the .ink file 
opened normally.

This was found to be an issue with Intkey being blocked from accessing remote 
locations by a firewall/anti-virus software or something similar.
