Cannot run the software in Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Any computer on windows without the QT environment installed
2.Download the version available on the site
3.Try to run the file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The software shoould run like demos available on YouTube
Windows complaining about missing dlls (mingw10.dll, libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll, etc)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Synapse Windows 7 32 on Windows XP

need to package the dll's with the exe's.
