32 bit float images #129

1. Create any read node(image\video)
2. Open tiff file(32 bit float) or Open Mov file.

There is no image in the viewer. I'm using win7, synapse ver. 1.0.2. 32 bit 
Tiffs are very handy while compositing.

Floating point exr files are suported on the Linux version, but for 2.x we 
should support floating tiffs and exrs in all versions.
