Store uploaded files in IDB #295

[ ] Add a new files table
[ ] On upload, store files in the files table
[ ] Create URLs for these files
[ ] Insert URLs into the current doc
[ ] Add a page to view/manage files

Hey @3thanHead! I just saw your comment here. I'm currently working on migrating the main client-side database over to dexie (currently using localforage). You might run into some conflicts if you pick this one up. I'm totally fine with that if you are, but I don't want to cause you a lot of extra rework.
