Proposal: Switch SU to use one account per project #10

I think switching SU to use one account per project have some benefits:

There are probably more, these few are just those that quickly came to my mind. Probably there are also some cons, but so far I don't find any.

I switched things to this model. This will take effect going forward. Existing (per-user) accounts will continue to be used.

We already switched to the signal-account model. I changed the Primegrid settings for this account to allow GPU apps.

I was reattached to PG:

but still got "old" account. The same full authenticator since January.
