Switch from TubeCase empty (Yes, No) -> flag (GOOD, empty, feat_extr_fail) ? #37

I'm thinking about switching from empty flag to a more general 'flag'...

I think it will be reasonable to handle in DB, will still be easy to track, and will make it easier to study (plot, ...) tubecases that fail feature extraction.

Implemented, need to test in Hodgkins meta db run
