Re-establish connection #70

Just feature request: continuously reconnect to support address in "get help" 
mode until stop button is pressed.
With unreliable Internet connection VNC session sometimes silently drops and 
user must press "start" button again to restore connection.

I wouldn't want it do do this by default, but a user preference to enable this 
for folks that know they have spotty connections may be useful.

Yes, I'm agree. It would be great to have command line option as well.
