[FR] Extruder Steps with 0.2mm nozzle? #91

More than a suggestion, this is a question: is the extruder step calibration guide correct with every nozzle size? Or do I need a different formula for a 0.2mm nozzle? In this case, can the guide be enhanced regarding the formula related to different nozzle sizes?
