Update/marlin 1.1.9.1 #99

Hi, I have integrated the changes from 1.1.9.1 step by step and hopefully did not break anything. Only the build script is not yet updated and I did not check anything. Maybe you can give me a hint how to check that everything is still working. I guess there is no regression test? I'm working with Win10 and will try to load the project to Arduino IDE today in the evening. Regards :)
