Drop the need for /noBool in KUI #13

Along with the associated #defines.

If this affects compiler compatibility then it should probably wait until #7 (Port to OpenWatcom) is done to ensure these changes work there or #ifdefed based on the compiler version being used.

Need to double check but it looks like whatever code required the /noBool option appears to be gone/have been tidied up now.
