From the K95 bugs list:

The MOVE-TO and RENAME-TO functions were never implemented for XYZmodem. This support has been added to the next release for both SEND and RECEIVE operations

Need to confirm if this really has been fixed or not. Quite possibly it has provided no changes to p95.dll were required.
