From the K95 bugs list:

Dialer generated connection scripts include SET LOGIN PROMPT and SET LOGIN PASSWORD commands when the fields are empty. This can break the use of the standard login.ksc script. There is no work around. This is fixed in the next release.

This is likely not fixed in our version of the dialer
