Incoming Ctrl-Z (SUB) character not properly displayed in VT emulation #285

From the K95 bugs list:

The Ctrl-Z character, SUB, ASCII 26 (decimal) is supposed to be displayed as a reverse question mark in VT320 emulation but it is not displayed at all. Reportedly this causes major discomfort when using the VMS TPU editor. There doesn't seem to be a workaround for this.
