A graphical admin tool might be nice to have for systems that are primarily administered from windows. Functionality-wise it would be the same as the current console-based one, just graphical.
Importantly it shouldn't replace the existing console-based tool - it would just be an additional option. Not sure if any code could really be shared between the two though.
