MuRET: cannot select region #7

Region can be selected just when the symbols mode is selected first

The behavior of select / edit / change does not work well (e.g. we should not be able to change a region that has not been previously selected). Sometimes we have changed a bounding box and the obtained height is not correct after reloading the page
