Making movies in lab2

For the macro tutorial of this week I am planning of showing step by step the changes in the phase diagram of the Neoclassical model (lab 2) of a certain shock. For this purpose I want to add to the code the following:

• [x] Fix the plot_traj capability of plot_phase_diagram.
• [x] Add an option to plot previos and new stable manifolds.
• [ ] Add an option (or another function altogether) to create a movie with the result

I have managed to creates 'movies' (gifs or series of plots) such that inserted in a beamer presentation you can show dynamic plots.

I think it is a very cool capability and just what I need for the tutorial.

Fixed the problem with plot_traj! Now it works fine. It was just a typo.

Actually, I should first merge all of these into my main branch, then add the pull request. Ops.
