Calibration of initial population and technology levels should be set equal to the level associated with the first year that a country appears in the PWT data, and not the implied level for year zero/

Calibration of initial population and technology levels, A0 and L0, respectively, is now done using the first year of available data rather than extrapolating backward to set A0 = A(0) and L0 = L(0).
