3D plotting options... #14

There are several options for 3D plotting. The two that I am most familiar with are Matplotlib and Mayavi.

Per your suggestion in issue #11, I suppose that a good test case for 3D plotting would be to plot equilibrium share of female (male) altruists, fA (mA) as a function of initial mGA=fGA=S and signaling parameters dA and da.

That would be perfect! But for the moment, 2-D and varying just dA or dA for a couple of cases would be informative (and useful for tomorrow's chat, if that's possible).
