Right now the slides don't have much in terms of speaker notes. In Reveal.js, these are contained in an aside with class notes.

Speaker notes would be good to have because:

We might share this slide deck in the future
We want the message to be relatively consistent
We dont want to reinvent the wheel each time

Hi! We can't use presenter notes on the big screen because it just mirrors the whole display. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding something? This is basically why I created that google doc with the list of topics to cover which I would print out and carry with me.
