Keep track of history of tuning changes (excluding SPACE, 1/1)

Have a special button that rewinds this history and plays back the tuning changes in reverse.

There could also be a button to playback history when rewound. So then after recording a number of note presses, they could be rewound, and then played back.

Might also want a UI to view this!

Need:

History of all notes played in the past (or up to 50), and all notes in the future (when rewinding)
Button PREV / REWIND to play previous note and move to the previous note in the history, or repeat note if already on the first note.
Button NEXT / FFWD, to play next note and move to next note in the history, or repeat note if already on the last note.

This is very similar to the Undoable function in Redux. Might even be able to use that somehow?
