Font for "Use my KDE fonts..." set in KCM rather than theme engine. #7

Changing KDE's fonts requires the user to reselect "Use my KDE fonts in 
GTK applications" in the KControl module. This should be fixed by 
dynamically setting the font on initialisation of the theme engine inside 
each GTK application.
