Subject detail view: distinguish onyomi vs. kunyomi #53

Currently you can't tell which is which.

It would be nice if the Kanji detail pages listed all the readings (Onyomi, Kunyomi, Nanori). There's been several times I get a reading wrong during reviews and want to see all the readings for that particular kanji.

I'm the same, definitely missing being able to see which reading is which.

Nearly - #230 made it show all readings but I'd like to make it more obvious which ones are onyomi and which are kunyomi.
