Can’t mark an answer as incorrect when using Anki combined reading and meaning #723

When I use the combined meaning and reading mode with anki I’ve noticed some of my kanji still level up/get burned despite selecting incorrect. I’ve also noticed it at the end of my reviews when it lists 100% correct despite getting several answers wrong.

I was just doing some testing, and this happened because I would always select ask again later after I was incorrect. Seems to be working now.
