I can’t seem to get the “review recent mistakes” section to show up on my iPad. I can see it on my iPhone and both are running 1.33.1050. iPad Pro M1, iOS 18.0.1.

Are you doing reviews on your iPad or only on your iPhone? Recent mistakes don't currently sync between devices because they are not available via the API. (Fixed by #763, which adds iCloud syncing for recent mistakes; PR has not been merged as of this comment.)
