For both MAI and SOLR exports

47ef5b4 should fix MAI filenames. Merged into testing and master but not deployed yet.

SOLR output names changed in 7ba7b8e, merged into testing and master, and tested in all three deployments. I'm closing this.

@johnklemke / @olderwoman, note that these filenames should be prefixed by the MAI database name going forward.
