Failure notifications repeat endlessly #12

Reference #11, once the errors messages start, they keep getting repeated over and over again (SNS notices keep coming every couple of minutes). I've deleted the pipeline to stop this for now. Opening a sep. issue for this.

I have provided findings/inputs in #11. Is it ok if we merge this one to #11? Can you also post the error logs?

There are no error logs as all the processes are working. This is strictly the pipeline notification running for an unknown and incorrect reason.

Running this again now. I strongly suspect an error in my config, but will confirm shortly.

And confirmed. :+1: My original config date had a start date of 2014 instead of 2015. Urgh. Will let this run for a couple days to confirm operation.
