feat: create and document procedures for a font subset of the logo font

create a font subset of the logo font for "kollitsch.dev*" and use instead of the SVG file currently in place.

write a nice self-congratulatory post about it.

Currently the logo is SVG, not font. Thinking about using a script to get the fonts in question out into it's own font.
