Current time tool has slider with vector time layer when its initialized. With raster support, slider will contain groups with raster images. When group is selected raster time tool will be initialized. Raster tool
UI will be different to vector. Only one raster image might be filtered at the time. Raster images will be provided by published project.
Gisquick client impact:
Due raster support new tool UI has to be made. It will consist of:
range slider
animation settings
calendar date input
Project metadata impact:
Raster images will be in groups.
Each group will have:
bool value spatio_temporal that will tag layer group as a time group consisting valid raster layers
Each raster layer will have:
string time_stamp in UNIX time
Gisquick plugin impact:
Each raster group and layer has to be set using Gisquick plugin. Raster layers settings will be similar to vector.
Time stamp for each raster layer will be set from its name or using Gisquick plugin.
Summary
Add raster support into current time tool.
