config.yml added weather_forecast_method selection #67

Added (to what I believe ) is the options to select Solcast and solar.forecast as weather options for HA.

I'll likely make a new branch and pull a request soon that adds most (if not all) the other variables found in the config_emhass, code and wiki that is compatible. _I would like to add set_defconstant personally

I would be more than happy if someone made this before me however.
