Problem with vqmode #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When transfer from one server yo anaother
2. After chnaging configuration
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The website is not comming up and give a meesage like "VQMod::_parseMods - 
"/vqmod/mods.cache" FILE NOT WRITEABLEVQModLog::__destruct - LOG FILE 
"/var/www/clients/client0/web19/web/newtoyota/vqmod/logs/1_Mon.log" COULD NOT 
BE WRITTEN" . Please help. I am stuck on this last three days.

The error is pretty self explanatory. FILE NOT WRITEABLE. Need to set 
permissions to allow the files to be written. The following are the files that 
need write access
/vqmod/
/vqmod/mods.cache
/vqmod/logs/
/vqmod/vqcache/

I did it... But the problem is still there

Then you will need to contact your host. This isn't a bug, it's a configuration 
issue with your permissions

But i already running an open cart on the same server. Opencart version is 
1.4x. Now i have upgrade it to 1.5.6 and it was running perfect on my demo 
server. But when i moved it to client server in a folder it dispaly the error

Also when i change permission... then the website will down and give internal 
server error. Please help. I am really stuck on this. Since last three days.

Like I say, this is NOT a vQmod issue - its permissions, your error clearly 
states it can't write to the file. I can't help further

I have same problem too and i can't set permissions for logs file ?!!!
