VQMOD won't install. #172

Would you happen to know why VQMOD would say " Parse error: syntax error, 
unexpected '/' in ...\vqmod\install\index.php on line 93. " 

We're hosted on a windows server and upon installation we get a message UPGRADE 
COMPLETE instead of INSTALLED SUCCESSFUL.

Try uploading a copy of vqmod in binary mode via FTP if you're not already. If 
you are, attache the file in question
