removed Content property and replaced with ContentFileUri for clients to get themselves. #123 #124
applied changes to API to not read entire file on every single request. resolves #123 #124

Because of the inability to sort out how to debug the SWA API function in the cloud, I decided to go a different route with the website and return to an SSG with a simplified architecture.
