Add all older talks to talk data and Azure File Storage

Search through file archive for legacy talks and descriptions to add to Azure Storage, and add the metadata to the talk data file in the website.

UPDATE: Created a "Talks" directory in OneDrive, that should act as the source of truth for sessions.

TODO (for each presentation)

• [ ] Extract all of the "events" out of the talks and create MD files in the website for them
• [ ] Add metadata to talks.json files

Removing this from the 10.5 release. This is a very large issue, one that could be a release onto itself. It should be broken up, or done ad hoc for each talk that is discovered.

For now though, leaving it as is, and will re-assess in the backlog.
