Right now lots of things are hard-coded.

semi-fixed: I added glob usage to search out all the files, so knowing how many epochs there are a priori is no longer required. I'd like to fix this up further so that it takes (& trims down) HARPS pipeline data products automatically instead of needing them to be saved as text files.
