need to merge in code, not just documents #2

There is straightline code.

There is modelcomplexity code.

there are many issues in importing the code, not the least of which is that there are some huge files in there, probably not needed at all. But analysis is required.

I just merged in the modelcomplexity code.

The only remaining thing is the straightline code, which requires some thought, since it contains lots of useless stuff.
