I don't know, what's the point of refereeing a paper with >100 citations and a strong culture of opening issues here for errors? But if we want to submit it, why not to the ApJS special issue on data? I haven't really gotten anywhere with what I was going to write, so we can use my 'slot'.
Oh yeah, that's an idea.
And yeah, I don't really care about the refereed journal thing. I just blindly take @hwrix's advice without question, always.
The 100 citations just tell me that you should have done it earlier

@hwrix says that any highly cited paper should be IN A REFEREED JOURNAL.
