Picking up the point in David's email on the breakout sessions - my thoughts are:
Ask the applicants for breakout session ideas - yes!
explicitly ask what they could contribute!
Separate breakout sessions into "amateur breakouts" and "expert breakouts" if needed
-> a lot of people were interested in actions but had no clue how to use/calculate them
-> action breakout was introduction to actions rather than expert breakout, but both is needed!
-> Maybe we could even ask people for their expertise to give introductory/overview talks?
Think about a way to chair the sessions?
-> chairing by someone outside the breakout field?
-> Ask an expert to prepare a 5 min kick-off for the breakout?
