caption plotting uses current table? #51

Remember we have this thing where we can put in a list of galaxies called "A", "B", "C", and so-on, and it makes the color-color and color-SB plots with the letters labeled? Does this code run on the new table (with the h_50 and so on)? If so, just point me to it and close this. If not, update.

yup, it's checked in already in a file called atlas_plots_labels.py. yes, in theory it could work with any table if i just generalize the code a little bit. let me know if you want me to or if it's fine as is for now.
