follow format of biosketch_hogg.tex file. It needs to be <2 pages and conform to other requirments

Correction: It needs to be 1 page.

It needs to justify our ability to do what we say, so you should put in some bulleted list (probably with a sentence or two of explanation) of code systems you release and maintain (emcee, Daft, etc)
