NTLM Authentication #33

Can you maybe add NTLM authentication to node and js ?

I've submitted a PR (#54 ) to address the Node side of this. I'm not sure what the process is for doing it in JS? Is there a library that's drag-n-drop like the Node one was? Thoughts?
