Automatically calculate fall of wicket

The fall of wicket should be automatically calculated on saving a score card, so that you don't have to do any maths.

This actually isn't a viable feature for a number of reasons.

• Using the match score card it's impossible to know which wickets fell in which order
• Not all batsmen or wickets might be added at once and in the correct order
