one 3-finger tap registering twice on Samsung NC10 #13

I have the app set so a three finger tap works as the middle mouse button
so I can load links in new tabs in firefox. Often tapping causes the tab to
open twice.

Would it be possible to add a delay of say 200ms on repeated 3-finger taps?

I'm using a samsung nc10 with synaptic v11.1.3.2 on windows xp home.

I installed Synaptics drivers v12.1.0.0 on my NC10 and it fixed the repeated 
taps in
Win7.
