Feature: Allow quick select of bibles/commentaries #63

(Sorry, not sure where to submit feature requests)

At present we can either:
1. Cycle through versions and commentaries by pushing the buttons in the top 
right corner (nice design)
2. Open the Menu > Document > Choose Commentary category > Choose desired 
commentary

The first is real fast and good.  The second is quite slow (would be nice if it 
remembered the previous category selected (commentary or bible for example)

Perhaps a good middle option is to provide a long push option on the version or 
commentary button on the main screen (top right).  If a long push is detected, 
take the user directly to either 'Menu > Document > Bible Category' or 'Menu > 
Document > Commentary Category'.  So it is then just two clicks to get to the 
commentary or version you want.
